For those of you who have family members who live close enough to meet up last minute, I’m extremely jealous. I was able to see what that would be like earlier this week and I can’t help but imagine how different life would be!

Ashton and I met at il Bracco to catch up. It’s only in the 30s this week in Dallas so I styled my whole look around this cashmere sweater. Aston has such great style. I knew she would arrive dressed to the 9s and I didn’t want to let her down with my fit. This coat was a gift that I’m not able to link but my jeans, bag, and boots are all new and available for you to shop. My padded velvet headband is a few years old, but they have a navy knotted version here.

I get questions about these lavender boots each time I wear them. Because they’re sheer, styling them with socks that are different colors (ivory, gray, tan, white) gives you some versatility. I’m waiting for them to go on sale so I can scoop up the almond butter version for Spring.
