Baobab

A few weeks ago, I was looking for a dress to wear at the beach. Something stunning, colorful, and polished. I stumbled upon this dress by the brand Baobab. I had not shopped with them before. Their entire line was new (and so exciting) to me. After a little research I discovered that they’re available at Saks, Shopbop, and Revolve. They also have their own website and offer worldwide shipping. I was excited to see that they even have stores in NY and Miami. I wish I would have known this sooner so I could have stopped by both. I went to NY last Spring for my 35th birthday and then Miami that summer. At least I know about the stores now. Better late than never. If you ever get to shop in person at either location, please tag me to so I can live vicariously through you!

If you prefer neutrals, don’t worry. They offer styles in black, navy blue, and beige. The next time you’re headed to the beach or perhaps a bachelorette party I would suggest you look at Baobab before you purchase anything else. The dress I ordered was even prettier in person. I ordered a size Small and found that this style does run true to size. If you’re between sizes I would order one size up. The size Small didn’t have much wiggle room for me in the hips.

I’m hoping to find other brands that are new to me and are worth sharing on my blog. I feel like it’s easy to shop with the same brands over and over but there are so many other brands out there that are worth a look.
