Wishlist Wednesday 3.19

You’re halfway to the weekend, which is cause for celebration in my book! I’m currently packing for a special getaway and am wishing I discovered the items linked in today’s post sooner! A few styles in particular would have been perfect to pack. Hopefully you’ll be just as excited about them as I am.

  1. Sweater vest - Pair it with a white tank or white t-shirt underneath if you prefer a more modest neckline. Save the vest to wear on its own on vacation or on your next date! The gold seashell buttons are too cute to pass up.

  2. Knit dress - I would love to wear this dress on the weekend with black sneakers and with silver heels at night. I appreciate that the straps are adjustable and have a feeling this item won’t last long. The XS size is already sold out and this dress hasn’t even been on the website for 24 hours.

  3. Smocked dress - I’m very particular with smocked styles. I would own more smocked dresses if they all had this cut at the waist. The cut of the waistline draws the eye up, creating the illusion that you’re taller than you really are. Pair this dress with a small structured black bag and marigold block heels.

  4. Studded belt - For those following closely, you know I’m now a belt girl. I just ordered my second belt of all time earlier this week (unless you count those belts in middle school that had bottle caps on them. I’m pretty sure I owned one of those but would need to confirm with my Mom). This studded belt may be the third one I order. I like the Cumin color for this time of year instead of the darker brown.

  5. Floral Set - What the cool cousin from Dallas would wear back home for Easter.

  6. Leggings - It would take a miracle for me to order leggings that aren’t from Old Navy or Beyond Yoga at this point of my life. The Old Navy leggings are tried and true. They last and look great. I have yet to find a better deal on activewear than the leggings from Old Navy. Beyond Yoga leggings on the other hand are my splurge. I own one pair right now and actually just wore them to my pilates class this morning. I even considered signing up for the instructor program! Hopefully that shows how confident I felt in class today lol. I probably would have signed up had I been wearing these new leggings.

  7. Khaki coat - I like the idea of having this coat as an option to wear when you don’t want a long trench to cover your entire look.

  8. Butter yellow bag - You’ve most likely seen this color in a post or an article in the last month. Butter yellow is having a moment! This $66 bag is a budget friendly way to incorporate the color of the season into your wardrobe.

Xx,

Angeline
